What if I work a regular 8-5 job?

Our classes are designed so that you can keep your normal schedule, and still reach your daily goals.

What if I have an injury?

We design a custom plan for each client. If mobility and rehabilitation is part of your goal, we will get you there!

How many classes can I take?

The 12 week transformation program includes access to all classes!

How do I reserve my spot for a class once im a member?

We have a members only app where you can manage class attendance, membership settings, and personal/financial information.

How many people will be in each class?

Class sizes range from 5-10 people dependant on which class it is. This allows for one on one personal instruction at all times.

Where are you located?

Our studio is located at 1223 30th Ave Suite D&E, in the heart of historic downtown Gulfport MS. 2 minutes from the Seabee base, 5 minutes from Long Beach, 10 minutes from Biloxi.

What amenities does your facility offer?

We have multiple bathroom/shower rooms, regular changing rooms, and our Cozy Corner for relaxing.
